New movie for Jeffrey Dean Morgan, ‘Shanghai’
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jeffrey Dean Morgan has been cast to co-star John Cusack and Ken Watanabe in Shanghai.
"Morgan plays Connor, an American killed in Japanese-occupied Shanghai before the attack on Pearl Harbor. Cusack's Paul Soames sets out to investigate his friend's murder and discovers a larger secret that the government is hiding." Source.
Mikael Hafstrom is directing from a script by Hossein Amini. Phoenix's Mike Medavoy and Barry Mendel are producing, with Arnie Messer executive producing.
The movie is in production in Thailand.

Dallas/Fort Worth Convention Schedule
Creation Entertainment have posted the schedule for their Salute to Supernatural, to be held this weekend, Friday-Sunday, June 6-8, 2008 at Hyatt Regency DFW, Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. For the schedule, please click here and scroll all the way down.
All levels of the event, autograph and photo op tickets will be available at the door.
Scheduled to attend the convention are Jared Padalecki, Fredric Lane (The Yellow-Eyed-Demon), Chad Lindberg (Ash), Steve Carlson, Alona Tal (Jo Harvelle), Gabriel Tigerman (Andrew "Andy" Gallagher) and Jim Beaver (Bobby Singer).
Carlson, who composed the song "Night Time" for Supernatural episode "Provenance", will perform a one-man 90 minute concert on Saturday evening at 8pm (Please note new starting time) as well as appearing on stage Sunday.

The 2nd EyeCon 2008 will be held September 26-28, 2008 in Orlando, Florida. Scheduled to attend the event are Jared Padalecki, Chad Lindberg (Ash), Steve Carlson and Jim Beaver (Bobby Singer).
Carlson, who composed the song "Night Time" for Supernatural episode "Provenance", will be giving a Q&A session, perform a Live full-length concert and will attend the Cocktail Party and Saturday Evening Banquet. For details, click here.
Chad Lindberg's movie, My Big Break, is scheduled to screen at the convention.
