Due to work commitments on Legion, Adrianne Palicki (Jessica) will not be able to attend the 2nd Asylum Convention, to be held 9th to 11th May, 2008 at Birmingham, UK.
Added to the guests list: Jim Beaver (Bobby Singer) and A.J. Buckley (Ed Zeddmore).
Also scheduled to appear the convention are Samantha Ferris (Ellen Harvelle), Chad Lindberg (Ash), Katie Cassidy (Ruby), Jason Manns and Steve Carlson.

Daniel Knauf, who wrote "Something Wicked", Supernatural episode #1.18, has written one of the episodes for Fear Itself, a new 13-episode suspense and horror anthology series from Lionsgate in association with Industry Entertainment, to air on NBC starting May 29, 10-11 p.m. ET.
Knauf's episode, "Family Man", directed by Ronny Yu, is an "action-charged, psychological thriller focuses on a likeable family man who switches bodies with a serial killer after a near-death experience. Now, he must fight from behind bars to keep the murderer from adding his family to the long list of victims." Source.

According to Variety.com, SAG has signed interim deals with indie feature producers, "that would allow actors to continue working on select projects even if a strike occurs." Variety.com also reports that "SAG and the AMPTP plan to negotiate every day — except for Sundays — through April 26. The majors will then launch talks with rival actors union AFTRA on April 28."
The SAG-AFTRA contract on feature film and primetime TV expires June 30, 2008.
