The Hell Hounds Convention (UK) – Only a month away!
Rogue Events' 1st Ghostfacers Convention, Hell Hounds, will be held October 30th – November 1st, 2009 at the Park Inn York Hotel, North Street, York, UK.
Scheduled to attend the Ghostfacers event are Brittany Ishibashi (Maggie Zeddmore), Austin Basis (Kenny Spruce), A.J. Buckley (Ed Zeddmore), Travis Wester (Harry Spangler) and Dustin Milligan (Alan J. Corbett).
Tickets are still available for purchase, and Rogue Events are trialling a reserved seating system due to popular demand. For more information, click here.

Supernatural guest-star on ‘Resident Evil: Afterlife’
According to Fangoria.com, Shawn Roberts, who played 'Austin' in Supernatural 's episode "Good God, Y'All," has been cast to play the role of 'Wesker' in the new Resident Evil movie, Afterlife.
Resident Evil: Afterlife has began shooting in Toronto last week and is set for an August 17, 2010 release.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s ‘All Good Things’ gets MPAA Rating
Jeffrey Dean Morgan's All Good Things was given "R" rating "for drug use, violence, language and some sexuality."
The movie also stars Ryan Gosling, Kirsten Dunst, Frank Langella and Lily Rabe.
Summary: "Set in the 1980s, the story centers on the scion of a New York real estate dynasty (Gosling) who falls for a beautiful girl from the wrong side of the tracks (Dunst). But the fairy tale ends when the girl disappears. As a down-and-out detective stumbles on info that may lead to the truth, the political stakes get higher and people close to the case end up dead."

It’s a fairly common storytelling device within the genre: take a character into the future, show how bad it will turn out to me, and then return the character back into normal time. Not only does it reveal something about the character in terms of his or her reaction to the revelation, but it increases the tension for the audience. Knowing how bad it could get gives the audience a reason to invest in the characters and their attempt to prevent it.
In this case, we don’t really know if this is a true vision of the future. Zachariah has been known to mess with Dean’s head before, and manipulation is the order of the day. Zachariah doesn’t seem sincere even when there’s plenty of reason for him to be sincere. Dean catches on to that pretty quickly, and does his best to make a choice that might change things up a bit. Of course, because Future Dean said that Dean would do exactly that, the audience is left with that familiar tension. Has that future been avoided, or will this just be a much harder road to the same bitter end?
