The eight-year-old series returned from Friday exile last Wednesday — its new night — and posted ratings about even with the previous season’s finale. How the show will fare ratings-wise on its new day will also depend on this week’s addition to the lineup of the much-hyped ‘Arrow,’ which will serve as its new lead-in and should also generate enough social buzz to leave a dent in the chart going forward (assuming it performs well enough to stick around).”
