Ratings for Supernatural’s Like a Virgin

Fringe fell to a 1.6 adults 18-49 rating in its third Friday episode down 16% from its last two Fridays, and drew 4.3 million average viewers. That’s a lower rating than most of our polled readers expected.

After a long repeat layoff, the CW’s Smallville (2.4 million avg. viewers) and Supernatural (2.3 million avg. viewers) each scored a 1.0 adults 18-49 rating, even with their last new episodes in December.

Last night was the first round of Fringe vs. Supernatural on Friday night. Here are the results.  After two weeks of dominating on Friday nights, Fringe took a hit in the ratings this week. The FOX series fell to a 1.6 adults 18-49 rating and drew 4.3 million average viewers.

Fringe premiered in its Friday timeslot two weeks ago with a 1.9 rating, and maintained it in its second week. That’s a drop of down 16%.

Supernatural, who made its return on The CW after a short hiatus, scored a 1.0 adults 18-49 ratings and drew 2.3 million average viewers. This is on par from the last original airing on The CW.
