EW.com's Michael Ausiello reports that according to the CW's President of Entertainment Dawn Ostroff, Supernatural creator Eric Kripke is warming to the idea of a sixth season.
Ostroff also referred to the series' creativity and its ratings, saying that "There aren’t a lot of shows that you can say are doing better in their fifth year."
