New Line Cinema and Warner Bros. greenlighted a Friday the 13th sequel, Friday the 13th Part 2. Brad Fuller and Andrew Form will producer the movie. Damian Shannon and Mark Swift return to write, as Derek Mears will be back to reprise his role as Jason Voorhees.
Still no word if Jared Padalecki, who played 'Clay Miller' in Friday the 13th, will be back for the sequel.
Friday the 13th Part 2 is slated to hit on August 13, 2010.
