On the fourth round, Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) is up against Eric Taylor (Kyle Chandler) of Friday Night Lights [Game 1.2], while Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) is up against Gregory House (Hugh Laurie) from House [Game 2.2].
