E! Online's Watch With Kristin first-ever "Alpha Male Madness" tournament first round closes tomorrow (Friday).
On the first round, Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) is up against Peter Petrelli (Milo Ventimiglia) of Heroes [Game 2.6], while Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) is up against Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin) of 30 Rock [Game 4.3].
