E! Online's Watch With Kristin are launching their first-ever "Alpha Male Madness" tournament. The tournament starts with 64 of TV's hottest and most beloved characters, and over the course of the month the site will narrow down the competition until one champion comes out on top.
On the first round, Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) is up against Peter Petrelli (Milo Ventimiglia) of Heroes [Game 2.6], while Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) is up against Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin) of 30 Rock [Game 4.3].
