Alona Tal (Jo Harvelle) is taking part in the documentary movie Blessed is the Match, giving voice, along side Joan Allen, to the diaried words of Catherine and Hannah Senesh.
Blessed is the Match: The Life and Death of Hannah Senesh tells the true-life story of Hannah Senesh, the Jewish paratrooper, who parachuted behind enemy lines during World War II, and was captured, tortured and ultimately executed by the Nazis.
The movie will be released on January 28, 2009 (New York and Los Angeles release: February 6).
