The Dallas/Fort Worth Convention Show Hours

Creation Entertainment have posted the show hours for their Dallas/Fort Worth Salute to Supernatural, to be held Friday-Sunday, June 6-8, 2008 at Hyatt Regency DFW, Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.

Scheduled to attend the convention are Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Fredric Lane (The Yellow-Eyed-Demon), Chad Lindberg (Ash) and Steve Carlson.

Carlson, who composed the song "Night Time" for Supernatural episode "Provenance", will perform a one-man 90 minute concert on Saturday evening at 9pm as well as appearing on stage Sunday.

The 41st Worldfest Independent Film Festival Platinum Remi Award for Jim Beaver’s ‘Reflections’

Reflections has won the Platinum Remi at the 41st Worldfest Independent Film Festival.

The movie has already won the Gold Medal at the 5th annual Park City Film Music Fesival, Best Actress (Adrienne Wilkinson) at the 2008 Beverly Hills Shorts Festival and Best Live Action Short Award at the 2008 Phoenix Film Festival.

Reflections will next feature at the Newport Beach International Film Festival, April 29 at 21:15.

Reflections is a short horror movie (16 minutes), which follows Carol, who sees in mirrors things that have happened before, as well as things that haven't happened yet. Jim Beaver plays 'Frank', the local neighborhood cop who is on the case.

Leo Awards 2008 Nominees

Jessica Harmon is nominated for Best Guest Performance by a Female in a Dramatic Series for her role as 'Lily' in Supernatural – "All Hell Breaks Loose – Part 1".

Sebastian Spence, who played the Yellow-Eyed Demon in Season 1 of Supernatural, is nominated for Best Lead Performance by a Male in a Feature Length Drama for his role in Crossing, while Tricia Helfer (Molly McNamara on "Roadkill") is nominated for Best Lead Performance by a Female in a Feature Length Drama for her role in Walk All Over Me.

Crossing is also nominated for Best Feature Length Drama, Best Lead Performance by a Female in a Feature Length Drama, Best Direction in a Feature Length Drama, Best Screenwriting in a Feature Length Drama and Best Supporting Performance by a Male in a Feature Length Drama.

Walk All Over Me is also nominated for Best Supporting Performance by a Male in a Feature Length Drama.

Established in 1998, the Leo Awards celebrate excellence in British Columbia film and television. The 10th Anniversary Leo Awards Celebration and Gala Awards Ceremonies take place May 23 and 24 at the Westin Bayshore Vancouver.
