The Los Angeles Convention Schedule!

Creation Entertainment has announced the schedule for their Salute to Supernatural, to be held Saturday-Sunday, March 29-30, 2008 at Los Angeles, California.

As was already announced, Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Steve Carlson, Fredric Lehne (The Yellow Eyed Demon), Eric Kripke (Supernatural creator) and Jason Manns are scheduled to attend the event.

Steve Carlson, who composed the song "Night Time" for Supernatural episode "Provenance", will be on-stage during the convention day Saturday and will perform his concert on Saturday Night at 9pm.

Jason Manns will be performing in a concert Friday Evening, 9:15 pm, and will also appear on stage Saturday. He will have a booth on Friday Evening and Saturday offering his CDs.

Charles Malik Whitfield has been in the industry for a long time, with guest roles in television series such as New York Undercover, Touched by an Angel, Law & Order, Homicide: Life on the Street, Now and Again and Soul Food. True to fate, Whitfield was lead in the direction of The Guardian and landed a regular spot as James Mooney, a role that he is probably best known for. He starred alongside Simon Baker and Dabney Coleman in this crime drama.

He also appeared in The District, Love Inc. and Supernatural, where he plays FBI Agent Henricksen who is hot on the tails of our beloved Winchester brothers.

Aldis Hodge has had various minor roles in films such as Die Hard: With a Vengeance, Bed of Roses, Big Momma’s House, The Ladykillers, The Tenants, Edmond and American Dreamz. In 2006, Hodge became the voice of one of the endearing penguins in the animation Happy Feet. He followed his voice-over role with a spot in the film titled Equal Opportunity.

His latest silver screen project is the action horror The Stone House. He stars alongside Shane West and Leonard Roberts.

Television played a big part in his rise to stardom, with small roles in Between Brothers, NYPD Blue, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Pacific Blue, Judging Amy, Charmed and ER. He landed recurring roles in Girlfriends as Derwin and more significantly as Ray “Voodoo” Tatum in the critically acclaimed Friday Night Lights. In Supernatural, Hodge was cast as Jake Talley, one of the gifted children who formed an integral part in the Yellow-Eyed Demon’s plans.
