New spoilers from TV Line
As if Sam and Dean haven’t been on wild enough of a ride this season, watch for a bit of a role reversal this spring. As Jared Padalecki reveals, “We’re shooting an episode where Sam finds himself in the same situation that Dean was in with Amy. So where it was Dean trying to do the right thing that a hunter would do, even though Sam insisted that he trusted this girl, now we find Sam in that situation, where Dean’s like, ‘Hey, I trust this person,’ and Sam’s going, ‘Well, you’re not in your right mind.’” Seeing the bros step into each other’s shoes, says Padalecki, should be fun for longtime viewers. “The tables turn a little bit, and we see what Sam and Dean would do in opposite situations.”
Spoilers for Castiel’s return

You and us both, sister! We asked Jared Padalecki for the scoop on Collins’ return when we sat down with him for some french fries. “He doesn’t come back as Castiel per say. When he and the boys see each other, it’s not like, ‘Oh, Sam and Dean!’ ‘Oh, Castiel!’ It’s amnesia of sorts,” he teases. “He’s still got great powers and we seek him out because we have an inkling that something’s going on. I think Castiel, like Bobby (Jim Beaver), they can’t come back as the good ol’ Castiel and the good ol’ Bobby because the audience starts to not take seriously what’s going on.” Word, Padalecki. Word.

Supernatural spoilers from Ask Ausiello
Question: When are we going to see the Impala again on Supernatural? It just doesn’t seem right to have Dean separated from his baby for this long! —Laura
Ausiello: The two shall be reunited! “You will eventually see the Impala again,” exec producer Sera Gamble confirms. “He could never leave [her] forever! It breaks everyone’s heart, including ours. That’s one of the biggest loses of the season is that Dean can’t drive her.”
Question: Will the Chuck prophet/novelist character be coming back to Supernatural? I find myself still curious as to who he really is. —Sharon
Ausiello: The short answer is probably not. The long answer, care of Ms. Gamble, is, “If were a fan, I’d feel pretty satisfied by the way that Eric [Kripke] wrote Chuck’s last chapter. I would feel really good about that episode. We don’t currently have anything else for him to do, but I would certainly never say never. If somebody walked into the writers room tomorrow with a fantastic idea for an episode that needed him, we would do it immediately.”
