The CW has set its midseason schedule (which clears yesterday's confusion).
Smallville and Supernatural will return to The CW's line-up with new episodes on Thursday, January 15, 2009 at 8:00-9:00p.m. ET and 9:00-10:00p.m. ET, respectively.

According to Television Week, Supernatural, which returns with original episodes on January 15, 2009, will take a break starting March 17 and will be replaced by Reaper. EW.com's Michael Ausiello, however, reports that Reaper will be replacing Privileged. Thanks to Sophy for the heads-up.
