Katie Cassidy (Ruby) is scheduled to attend the 2nd Asylum Convention, to be held 9th to 11th May, 2008 at Birmingham.

As was already announced, Jared Padalecki, Samantha Ferris (Ellen Harvelle) and Chad Lindberg (Ash) are also scheduled to attend the event.

Creation Entertainment has posted an update regarding Fangoria’s Weekend of Horrors Convention, to be held Friday-Sunday, January 18 – 20, 2008 at Austin, Texas:

"Jan. 10: JARED PADALECKI has had to change the day of his appearance from Sunday to SATURDAY. Those with specific tickets for Sunday may bring them Saturday and have them exchanged to Saturday (in the case of preferred seating we will do our best to get you a comparable or better seat). Sorry for the inconvenience."

Pencils 2 Media Moguls was organized by UnitedHollywood.com, a website hosted by WGA supporters. The website launched the pencil drive as a show of fan support for the WGA strike, asking people to use the site to buy pencils to send to the six media moguls who run the six corporate conglomerates.

When fans click to buy the pencils, they can choose to identify the show they are supporting (Optional). The next delivery of pencils will be in New York on January 14th.
