OTP on Supernatural?
TV.com has a feature on five shows whose fans (were) devoted to keeping their OTP (One True Pairing) together "by any means necessary":

For some Supernatural fans, shipping extends to the actors involved with the show. That’s right: They take the “b” out of the Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles bromance. Far be it from us to judge, but things got out of hand when both leads got engaged. Ackles’ fiancée Danneel Harris got hate-spammed on Twitter, but neither actor was safe: According to some especially crazed fans, Padalecki and Ackles just won’t be happy until they admit their true feelings for each other.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan to star in ‘The Unblinking Eye’
Jeffrey Dean Morgan has been cast to star in a new psychological thriller, The Unblinking Eye, where a "homicide detective John Callisto (Morgan), now a retired recluse after being nearly murdered by a serial killer, is tracked down by a relentless journalist. As the two confront each other, dark secrets from both their pasts come to light."
Michael Bassett wrote the script, Juliusz Kossakowski and Kevan Van Thompson will produce. Shooting starts in May.

In an interview with Newsarama, Allison Mack (Smallville's Chloe Sullivan) was asked whether or not she would do a cameo on Supernatural:
